Welfare

At Bingham Town FC, the safety, welfare, and well-being of everyone involved in our club – whether players, referees, staff, supporters, or members of the community – is our highest priority.

We are committed to creating an environment where everyone, especially children and vulnerable adults, feel safe, respected, and valued.  Football has the power to inspire and unite people, and therefore we have the responsibility to ensure our club upholds the highest safeguarding standards.

Our dedicated Welfare Team works tirelessly to ensure that every individual associated with the club understands their role in protecting those at risk.  We have clear reporting structures in place, and encourage a culture of openness where concerns can be raised without fear.

We urge everyone – players, referees, staff, supporters, and the wider community, to play their part in making Bingham Town a safe and welcoming place for all.

If you see or hear something that makes you uncomfortable, or you feel the club needs to be aware of, we ask that you complete the form below and let us know. All welfare concerns follow the below process – everybody’s first port of call should be the club welfare officer, if things need to be escalated from there, our welfare team will do this on your behalf.
