Bingham Town Women and the new female football pathway
2025 was a year of change for women’s football at Bingham Town FC. The senior players continued as always to give their best when pulling on the shirt, but there

Since the start of the 2025/26 season, a small group of U12 & U13 girls from Bingham Town FC have been taking part in a bespoke 6-week strength & conditioning course at Fortis gym in Saxondale. They have been learning new techniques and pushing themselves really hard to make extra gains in their fitness, with a mix of weight-training, dynamic strength exercises and high-intensity workouts.
They’ve all looked really strong and impressed the coaches at Fortis with their high-energy and focus.
Fortis are opening the doors to other children (boys and girls) who are interested in similar training – running 3 different aged classes (Kids Y5-6, Juniors Y7-9, Teens Y10-11). To register you’re interested please visit: https://forms.gle/fHB2V7K34LVoEntA8
