Since the start of the 2025/26 season, a small group of U12 & U13 girls from Bingham Town FC have been taking part in a bespoke 6-week strength & conditioning course at Fortis gym in Saxondale. They have been learning new techniques and pushing themselves really hard to make extra gains in their fitness, with a mix of weight-training, dynamic strength exercises and high-intensity workouts.
They’ve all looked really strong and impressed the coaches at Fortis with their high-energy and focus.
