U8 Girls impress in Mansfield Refs tournament
Our new Bingham u8 girls put out two teams at the recent Mansfield Refs Tournament and the girls and parents had a ball⚽⚽.
Both the red and blue teams played brilliantly against some very competitive teams.
The reds progressed to the semi-finals and after a seemingly never-ending penalty shoot out beat Blidworth Bengals 23-22 !!!
An end to end final against Nottingham Forest saw the girls coming from a goal behind to take the game to penalties but sadly lost out.
Hats off to our Sophia S for winning player of the tournament.
